Hi, I'm Nikos 👋
I'm a Product Engineer, Growth Advisor, and Fractional CTO based in Athens. I co-founded Astrocode and angel invest in early-stage AI startups like Dikaio.ai.
Over the past decade, I've worked across banking, consulting, and startups — enterprise at EY and Fiserv, core product at Workable, Uizard from the sixth engineer until Miro acquired us, and along the way with Perspective, Futurae, Multiplier Holdings as AI Tech Advisor, Dikaio.ai, and Materia Labs, where I led InstaPharm.
I advise startups (seed to Series B) on product, engineering, and growth, and work hands-on as a Fractional CTO when teams need someone in the trenches.
